Account Deletion

This page explains how to delete your PerformanceLens account, what happens when you do, and what data is removed or retained.

1. How to delete your account

You can permanently delete your PerformanceLens account and the data associated with it directly from the web app:

  1. Open performancelens.app in your browser and sign in with your account email and password.
  2. Click the menu icon in the top-right and choose Settings.
  3. Scroll to the bottom of the Settings page, to the Danger Zone section.
  4. Click Delete My Account.
  5. Type your account email when prompted to confirm, then click Permanently Delete.
The mobile app does not yet offer in-app account deletion. Please use the web app for now — we are working on adding the same option to the mobile Settings screen in a future release.

The deletion is processed immediately. You will be signed out, any active subscription is cancelled in Stripe, and your data is removed within seconds.

If you cannot access the web app (for example, you have lost your password), email privacy@performancelens.app from the address tied to your account and we will process the deletion manually within 5 working days.
